Creamy Mac n Cheese
This Mac and Cheese is smooth, creamy, cheesy and delicious. Better still, it’s all made in one pot!

METHOD
Ingredients: 🧀100g cheddar cheese 🧀150g of hard mozzarella (the yellow one) 🧀0.5 glasses of milk (0.5%) 🧀50ml cream 30% 🧀spices: 0.5 teaspoon of Binta's Kitchen Yaji Seasoning, salt, black pepper, mixed herbs, garlic and stock cube 🧀200g Pasta How to make: 1. Boil the pasta until cooked and set aside. 2. Boil the milk with cream in a pot. After boiling, add the grated cheeses and leave on low heat, stirring until they dissolve, then season to taste. 3. Pour over the cheese sauce and mix thoroughly 4. Sprinkle the left over cheese on top with parsley and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. And it's ready. Enjoy your meal!
