FRESH CHIA AND HIBISCUS-RED FRUIT DRINK
A cool and satisfying drink, perfect to taste it or to drink all day long and a healthy alternative to soda. To make it, start by preparing the infusion with boiling water, our organic hibiscus powder and a good handful of frozen red fruits.
Add chia seeds (about 1-2 tablespoons per 1L bottle). I also added mint leaves and lemon slices for decoration but it’s not really practical to drink so I don’t recommend it 😁 . For my part, I drink it like that, but if you prefer to sweeten it, do not hesitate to add, for example, a little agave syrup when you make the infusion, it will be easier to dilute.
Chia seeds are very interesting nutritionally, they are very rich in omega 3, protein, calcium, magnesium and iron. . Have you ever tasted this drink? . Usually it is prepared with lemon or lime, but I really like the red berry hibiscus mixture 💕
