Hibiscus and berry baked oats!
This recipe for hibiscus and berry baked oats is a luscious and tasty breakfast. The oats are blended so that when they bake they take on a more cake-like texture.
These oats are topped with berries and hibiscus powder for a fruity, flavuorful dish. Perfect for anyone who has a breakfast sweet tooth!

a cup of rolled oats
1 tablespoon of hibiscus powder
a very ripe banana
1 cup of almond milk (or any other plant milk)
a teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon chai spice (or ground cinnamon and nutmeg)
2 tablespoons of honey
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1. You’ll blend the oats, milk, banana, baking powder, chai spice, and maple syrup until they are fully combined and the oats have broken down.
2. Pour the oat mixture in an oven proof ramekins or small baking dishes and top a teaspoon with hibiscus powder.
3. Swirl in the powder and top with berries.
4. Bake the oats for 30 minutes in a 375 degree oven (or gas mark 5). Happy eating!
